hat’s happening 

What a fantastic way to commence the year – Beautiful green ranges, weather has been much more moderate, (a bit on the humid side especially for all of us that have hair issues) but it has been a particularly great start to a year.

Recently we had a survey that many of you did complete and it was really good to get your comments and thoughts, we have tried to implement quite a few of the requests but to give you an idea of how difficult this is –

We had requests, many for more HiiT, Fitbox, get balanced then a few for Get fit, Tae bo, Kettles, Lift 4 Life, Rock and one with less Get fit and Pump.

40% of respondents wanted a 7am class whilst 60% said no, we did have about 70% want to commence at 5.45am with 2 x 30 min sessions, once or twice a week so we have implemented quite a few of your ideas for a summer timetable. This timetable commences Monday 18th January.

We are commencing XT which is an indoor/outdoor session at the Alice Springs Aquatic and leisure centre gym, there is a door with our sign out front that you can enter by or just let the front desk know you are with Get Physical, this will be an awesome workout, all boot campers should really enjoy it too!  These sessions will be Tuesday at 6pm and Saturday at 9am, all covered with your Get Physical membership.

Bootcamp will commence on Monday 1st February at 6pm, and our Get Committed – nutrition program will commence on Wednesday 3rd February at 6pm – We will be having a sign on day at Get Physical for both these programs on Sunday 31st January between 10.30am and 2pm so you can be organized before the week starts J

 It is great to see most of you back at the gym now, Over the Christmas/ new year period it was good to see that lots of you were still coming and exercising well, if you are coming back, take it easy, look after that amazing body – it is the best thing you will have so take care of yourself, let us know if you need any assistance or there is any way we can help you.
