Sitting less is important no matter how active you are. Even if you’re getting enough exercise in your day, you still might be sitting too much.

  • minimise the amount of time spent in prolonged sitting

  • break up long periods of sitting as often as possible.

Tess's healthy and yummy pancakes recipe

  • 1 cup egg whites ( Bought the carton whites in the egg section)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Banana chopped

 Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well.

Pour pancake batter into fry pan and cook ( they don't take long)  We did 2 pancakes per serve( 1 pancake is also good)

Top with blueberries & strawberries and I also used SO-GOOD icecream Vanilla Bliss, Yoghurt can also be an option!
 A sprinkle of cinnamon over top is also nice.
