Functional Strength -This type of training such as resistance exercises and body weight movements can help you become stronger, more flexible and improve core plus, it can help you become less injury-prone.
Functional strength consists of total-body activities that build strength, balance and coordination for general fitness, and improve your ability to perform general, day-to-day activities.
Latest Stats - your muscle mass and strength will decrease from 30 % - 50% between the ages of 30 and 80. That means the average person starts losing the ability to perform everyday functions as soon as they hit middle-age. Despite this, only 5% of adults do resistance training workouts two or more times per week.
Functional Training - attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow you to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries.
It will make you stronger, Improve cardio vascular endurance, agility and flexibility.
It will enhance performance for specific sports, burns huge amounts of body fat and will get your fitness up quickly for both athletic ability and all other physical demands.

TAE BO: The best “Martial Arts and Boxing” type workout, simple defence moves that will shape and tone your body. Easy to follow with lots of fun & energy!!
GET FIT: This class will burn body fat. Utilising a combination of any class formats but keeping it strong and simple. This class is great for everyone. Lunch times can come in anytime, warm up on the bike and join in for as long as time permits.
CIRCUIT: A 30 minute combination of Cardio, Strength and Core and back exercises utilizing equipment.
FIT BOX: Using boxing gloves, skipping ropes, a partner and Tae Bo moves, this class is a boxing and Martial Arts style workout, everyone can enjoy
GET BALANCED: Utilizing Yoga, Pilates and other mind and body programs, this class will improve flexibility, posture and strength creating a great all over workout.
KETTLE FIT Fun, fast and for all fitness levels. An effective whole body workout focusing on the key areas of cardio, core & resistance.
BOOTCAMP: An outdoor 6 week training program. Gradually increasing in intensity. It will get you in shape quickly and efficiently.
LIFT 4 LIFE A strength training program, developed by researchers at Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute. The program is also ideal for people with, or at risk of a range of chronic diseases as well as those who have previously been sedentary or who would like to do strength training.
HiiT High Intensity Interval Training repeated bouts of short to moderate duration (30 - 45 seconds to 1 minute) exercise that will get you fit quickly
KOMBAT STEP – a basic step with upper body combat moves incorporated (combination of Tae Bo moves using a step)
