Class descriptions

STEP - A fun, high-energy cardio workout using a step platform and choreographed to the music. Step improves cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and lower-body strength.

PUMP - A full-body strength workout using barbells and light to moderate weights, set to motivating music. Pump focuses on high repetitions to build strength, tone muscles, and improve endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels.. 

TAE BO - A high-energy cardio workout that combines martial arts–inspired moves with boxing and aerobic training. Tae Bo boosts cardiovascular fitness, strength, coordination, and endurance, while delivering a powerful full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels. Easy to follow with lots of fun & energy!! 

STRETCH & RELAX - A calming, low-impact class focused on gentle stretching, mobility, and relaxation. Designed to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and promote recovery, this class is suitable for all fitness levels and is perfect for unwinding and recharging. 

FIT 4 LIFE - A strength-focused class using heavier weights and lower repetitions to build muscle and power. Sessions also include targeted balance and core work to improve stability, control, and overall performance. Ideal for those looking to lift heavier while developing strong, functional movement.

KOMBAT STEP –A fun cardio class that combines martial arts–inspired moves with basic step choreography. Using the step to add intensity, Kombat Step boosts cardiovascular fitness, strength, coordination, and power in a fun workout. Suitable for all fitness levels

GET FIT - circuit-style class designed to build strength, improve fitness, and burn calories. Move through a variety of exercise stations combining cardio and strength work for a full-body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options to adjust intensity. This combination of cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle. Suitable for all Fitness Levels. 

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH (FS) – Strength based training using full body moves and a variety of equipment.
