Here is a brief description of our classes and remember you can try them all on your free week.
COMBAT STEP – A high-energy workout that combines basic step aerobics with upper-body combat moves. This class blends the intensity of Tae Bo–inspired techniques with the rhythm of step training for a fun, full-body workout.
FIT 4 LIFE - Strength training program, developed by researchers at Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute. The program is also ideal for people with, or at risk of a range of chronic diseases as well as those who have previously been sedentary or who are after strong, heavy resistance training.
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH (FS) A strength-based training program that uses full-body movements and a variety of equipment (e.g., weights, bands, bodyweight tools) to improve overall strength, stability, and movement efficiency for everyday activities and sports performance.
GET FIT - combines elements of Interval, Circuit Training, Strength, and Functional Training. You will move through a series of exercise stations targeting different muscle groups, with minimal rest between each. It can combine strength, cardio, and functional exercises, offering a time-efficient, full-body workout that improves muscle endurance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for all Fitness Levels.
PUMP - Complete muscle workout using barbells and heavy hand weights, easy to follow and effective for all fitness levels.
STEP - Step aerobics is an up-tempo way to get your heart pumping and stay fit. Doing this choreographed cardio workout as part of a group exercise class can help build motivation and create a sense of community.
STRETCH & RELAX - Utilizing Yoga, Pilates and other mind and body programs, this class will improve flexibility, posture, strength and mobility creating a great all over workout. This class is for everybody looking to stretch and destress.
TAE BO - A high-energy fitness class inspired by martial arts and boxing. It features simple defensive moves combined with striking and cardio exercises to shape, tone, and strengthen your body. Easy to follow, fun, and packed with energy — perfect for boosting fitness, confidence, and coordination.

The staff are fantastic in giving me alternatives and advice around my knee injury, modifying exercises when required. Results became my motivation, I thrived off every kilo/cm lost and every goal reached.I have met some amazing people along the way who I am proud to now call my gym buddies and formed relationships with the trainers.

I am a mum of 2 lovely kids, and normally a very focused fit and heathy person.
However my daughter had a severe burn injury which resulted in many trips to hospital interstate. All fine details of life go out the window at times like this and her recovery consumed everything, not that I regret focusing totally on what we had to do to get through.
But she is now fully recovered and I knew I needed to do something for me, for my well-being so I could continue being the mum I want to be. I knew I needed to get back on track but the thought of where to start was overwhelming. I teamed up with the Get Physical Crew and haven’'t looked back :)

My journey began about 4 years ago, weighing in at 126kg. I was unfit, unhealthy, and had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I had a very negative self image and believed change was just too hard for me. …. things needed to change.
I set about eating healthy and trying to lose weight, but I knew I needed support, so I reached out and joined Get Physical. I turned up, and stood in the door nervous as anything expecting to be judged for being so big. But.... Maria saw me and said “Well your at the door, don’t just stand there, come in!” The rest is history “)
