This outdoor workout is all about fresh air, full-body movement, and just enough challenge to push you a little further. We’ll mix strength, cardio, and functional exercises to help you feel strong, clear your head, and boost your energy.
All fitness levels welcome — move at your pace, but don’t be surprised if you push a bit harder than you thought you could.
Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 5.30pm and also enjoy a bonus Fitbox session at 08.15
